BCREI meets 6:00 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of every month at...
NOTE: We will no longer be meeting at the Plaza
Hotel in Longmont! We will be looking for other meeting venues.
For the next meeting we will be meeting via GoTo Meeting Webinar. We
are looking into using the space by the BCREI office for our meeting room.
If that works out we will be able to network and have our meetings there and
connect our speaker by internet webinar. Make sure you add yourself to

meeting (providing Member name, Guest Name and Guest Email address).

Today, it is his passion and joy to give the world his secrets of having a

"Lessons Learned", with Paul Pedri
Have you ever heard the statement “A smart person
learns from there mistakes, a truly brilliant person learns from other people’s
mistakes 1st!” Everyone knows the best lessons are the mistakes we make. Come
and learn from both my mistakes as well as many of our borrowers challenges. We
will discuss all aspects of the process for holding, flipping and wholesaling.
All look at everything including the legal side. Come learn from these real
world real problem issues and how to overcome them and still make money!!!
Paul Pedri, Co-Founder of Investors Choice Funding, is
a full-time real estate lender and investor. Paul has extensive experience from
Fix n Flip, Wholesaling, Holding and his specialty, Creative Financing. He has
been a full time real estate investor since 2006. Paul's education started in
2003 with the Russ Whitney Education Group taking as many as 8 boot camps on a
variety of subjects. In 2007 Paul and his wife Tami were inducted in to the
Russ Whitney Hall of Fame, the only inductee to be nominated by other students
and mentors.
